Arsenal defender Rob Holding says they shouldn’t get carried away with their International Champions Cup win over PSG.
The Gunners signed off for their tour with a 5-1 win. Holding powered home the fourth of the night.
He said afterwards: “Tonight was a great win. They had quite a young team so we can’t look too much into it. We’ve still got to keep working hard at the training ground, but it’s nice to finish the week with a big win. We’ll enjoy our last night now, get ready to come home and then start again on Monday.
“Scoring tonight. That’s probably the highlight! We’ve had loads of highlights like the singing at the dinner, that was good fun, but scoring my first of the season is a nice way to sign off.
“I think the team spirit among the lads is top. Everyone’s on the same page and really pushing towards what the boss wants and what he’s bringing in tactically. We’re all pushing forwards towards what he wants to do this season.”
