Leicester City have announced preseason friendlies against Nice and Atalanta.
Hopes will be high for the Foxes ahead of their first full season with Brendan Rodgers.
As is becoming tradition, City will host a marquee pre-season fixture at the King Power Stadium, with Champions League qualifiers Atalanta expected to be the opponents on Friday, August 2.
Nice, managed by former Arsenal skipper Patrick Vieira, finished seventh last term and will pose another serious test for City as they gear up for a first full campaign under Rodgers.
However, a venue for the fixture is yet to be confirmed.
The King Power Stadium will not be able to host the match because the city is holding its annual Caribbean carnival on Saturday, August 3.
